|Fruit Preserves (homemade peach pie filling!)||Sugar|
Roll out pie crust. Cut into 5 inch squares. Put jam or pie filling in the center of the dough. Fold in half making triangles. Seal the edges. Brush the top with a splash of milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 until golden brown.
