3 TBSP pesto sauce (divided)
Salmon filets, skin removed Linguine noodles |
1¼ c. heavy cream
frozen peas ½ tsp. salt |
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place salmon skinned side down in baking dish. Spoon 1 TBSP pesto over salmon. Bake until fish is cooked through & easily flakes (12-14 min).
Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package.
For PASTA SAUCE
Combine heavy cream, peas & salt in medium saucepan. Bring to simmering; stir in 2 TBSP Pesto. Add sauce to pasta and top with salmon
