12 oz Frozen Medium Shrimp (peeled & Deveined) | 3 Tbsp Poppy Seed Salad Dressing |
Pineapple Chunks | 1 Tbsp Pineapple Juice |
1/2 tsp Lemon-Pepper Seasoning |
1- Thaw shrimp, rinse and pat dry. Lightly greased broiler pan.
2- Alternate threading shrimp and pineapple on metal skewers. Place skewers on broiler pan and sprinkle with lemon-pepper.
3- In a small bowl combine poppyseed dressing and lemon juice; set aside.
4- Broil skewers for 3-4 minutes. Brush with lemon juice sauce and turn. Brush with remaining sauce and broil for an additional 4 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
