1 each Green and Red Bell Pepper, sliced | 1/2 tsp Cumin |
1 Sm Red Onion, sliced | 2 Tbsp Cilantro |
2 tsp Olive Oil | 1/3 Cup Cream Cheese |
1/2 tsp Chili Powder | Tortillas |
Season peppers and onion with chili powder and cumin. Saute in oil until tender. Fill each tortilla with cream cheese, peppers and a sprinkle of cilantro, fold in half. Place stuffed tortilla on a hot griddle (or frying pan) and cook until warm, flipping once. Serve with Salsa.
