(Serve with garlic bread and Avocado – Green bean Salad)

1 16oz Pkg. Spiral Pasta | 1 6oz Can Tomato Paste |
1 lb Ground Beef | 1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt |
1 Onion, chopped | 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning |
1 tsp Salt | 1 Pkg Pepperoni Slices |
1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce | 3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese |
Cook pasta according to package directions (cook half the time if freezing). Set aside. In a skillet, combine browned ground beef, onion, salt, spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, garlic salt, and Italian Seasoning. Simmer 15 minutes. Combine pasta with meat sauce. Cut 3/4 of the package of pepperoni into smaller pieces. Mix with pasta and meat sauce. Add 2 cups mozzarella. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 pan. Top with remaining mozzarella and slices of pepperoni. If freezing, see directions below. Otherwise, cover and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer, or until bubbly.
Freezing: Cover with plastic wrap and then foil. Freeze up to 3 months. When baking, make sure to remove plastic wrap and then replace foil to bake.
