(Serve with Asparagus)
1 can tomato soup
¾ cup water 1 ½ lb. hamburger ½ onion, chopped |
1 egg
Salt and pepper ¼ cup uncooked rice

Mix hamburger, egg, salt and pepper, onion, and rice together. Make into golf balls and place in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix tomato soup and water and then pour over hamburger balls. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
