4 Bone-in Pork Chops | 2 Cans Beef Consomme |
1 Cup Rice, uncooked | Sliced Onion (and Green pepper, if desired) |
Brown pork chops in oil. In a medium casserole dish combine rice and beef consomme, place pork chops on top of rice. Top with onions and peppers. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until rice is tender and pork is cooked through.
