(serve with salad bar and breadsticks)
|1 lb Egg Noodles (or other medium pasta)||1 Tbsp Minced Garlic|
|1 lb Ground Beef||1 tsp Dried Oregano|
|32oz Spaghetti Sauce||1 Large Onion|
|3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese||1 Large Package Pepperonis|
Cook pasta as directed (if freezing leave pasta a bit firm). Brown beef with garlic, oregano, and onion. Cover the bottom of a 9×13 pan with a thin layer of spaghetti sauce. Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 beef, 1/2 spaghetti sauce, and 1/2 cheese in pan. Repeat all layers. Top with entire package of pepperonis.
