(serve with salad bar and breadsticks)
1 lb Egg Noodles (or other medium pasta) | 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic |
1 lb Ground Beef | 1 tsp Dried Oregano |
32oz Spaghetti Sauce | 1 Large Onion |
3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese | 1 Large Package Pepperonis |
Cook pasta as directed (if freezing leave pasta a bit firm). Brown beef with garlic, oregano, and onion. Cover the bottom of a 9×13 pan with a thin layer of spaghetti sauce. Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 beef, 1/2 spaghetti sauce, and 1/2 cheese in pan. Repeat all layers. Top with entire package of pepperonis.
