(Serve With Corn on the Cob and a fruit Salad)
|3-4 Lb Boneless sirloin pork roast||Garlic Powder|
|2-3 Medium Onions||Your favorite BBQ Sauce|
Line bottom of crock pot with sliced onions. Place roast on top of onions and sprinkle with garlic powder. Add 1 cup of water to bottom of crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. During the last hour of cooking remove onions and liquid and shred pork with a fork. Add 1-2 bottles of BBQ sauce. Cook on low for an additional hour. Serve on Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns.
*For a quick fruit salad chop up any fruit that is in season along with a can of pineapple chunks (mostly drained) and a can of Mandarin Oranges (drained). Sprinkle with sugar. The liquid from the oranges and pineaple along with the sugar will make a natural sauce.
