I made this quilt for a fundraiser for the fire departments ladies auxiliary. Knotted quilts are easy to make and fun to do with a group! When making a queen size you will need 6 yards of 45″ wide fabric for the top piece and 6 yards for the bottom. You will also need some batting, some yarn, and something to bind the edges with. After all is said and done plan on spending between $75 and $100 (may be less if the material is on sale). I made this fireman quilt for about $55.
