|1 pkg Beef Rice-A-Roni||1 Can Vegetable Beef Soup|
|1 lb Hamburger||1 Cup Cheese|
|1 Small Onion|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook Rice-A-Roni according to package directions and set aside. In a large skillet, brown hamburger with onion; drain fat. Mix hamburger, Rice-a-Roni, and beef soup together. Place in a 9×13 baking dish and top with grated cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until cheese melts.
Cut rhubarb into 1 inch slices. Combine cut rhubarb, sugar, flour and dash of salt. Mix well and let sit for 15 minutes. Fill a 9 inch pie dish with a pie crust. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Place top crust on with slits for steam to escape. Seal edges. Bake 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
If desired add a few drops of red food coloring.
