| 6 Eggs, beaten | 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic |
| 1/4 cup Milk | 6 oz Chorizo (or other breakfast sausage) |
| 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded | 4 Tostadas |
| 1/4 Cup Diced Green Pepper | Salsa and Sour Cream |
| 1/4 Cup Diced Onion | Salt and Pepper |
Cook and sausage until crumbly, add pepper, onion and garlic. Beat eggs and milk together. Cook eggs in a hot frying pan until set. Add cheese. Top tostada with eggs, salt and pepper, salsa and sour cream.
