|1 1/2 Lbs Green Beans, washed and trimmed||1/2 tsp Crused Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)|
|1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil||2 Tbsp Toasted Seasame Seeds|
|1 tsp Seasame Oil||Coarse Salt|
Steam green beans over 1/2 inch of boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drizzle vegetable oil and seasame oil in a wok or frying pan. Add red pepper flakes and cook until the pan is smoking. Add beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes, remove from heat. Add seasame seeds and salt, toss to coat.
