|1 Bunch Broccoli||1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil|
|1 tsp minced Garlic||1 1/2 tsp Frech Lemon Juice|
Chop broccoli into bite size florets, discard the tough stems. Place chopped broccoli in a steamer over boiling water, cover and cook 4-5 minutes, until crisp-tender.
While broccoli is steaming place garlic, olive oil and lemon juice in a medium size bowl. When broccoli is done toss with garlic mixture until coated. Serve hot.
