1/2 c. Soft butter | 1 tsp. Almond Extract |
2 c. Sugar | 2 c. Flour |
3 Eggs | 1 tsp. Baking Soda |
1 1/2 c. Mashed Bananas | 1/2 tsp. Salt |
1 tsp. Vanilla | 1/2 c. Sour Cream |
Frosting:
1/2 c. Soft Butter | 2 tsp. Vanilla |
1 8oz. pkg Cream Cheese | 1/4 c. Milk |
4 c. Powdered Sugar |
Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas, vanilla, and almond extract until incorporated. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in sour cream and pur into greased and floured 1/2 sheet pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. Cool almost completely, then frost it.
Frosting: Beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Add milk to thin out if necessary.
