|1/2 c. Soft butter||1 tsp. Almond Extract|
|2 c. Sugar||2 c. Flour|
|3 Eggs||1 tsp. Baking Soda|
|1 1/2 c. Mashed Bananas||1/2 tsp. Salt|
|1 tsp. Vanilla||1/2 c. Sour Cream|
|1/2 c. Soft Butter||2 tsp. Vanilla|
|1 8oz. pkg Cream Cheese||1/4 c. Milk|
|4 c. Powdered Sugar|
Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas, vanilla, and almond extract until incorporated. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in sour cream and pur into greased and floured 1/2 sheet pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. Cool almost completely, then frost it.
Frosting: Beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Add milk to thin out if necessary.
