12 oz. Spaghetti, cooked | 2 c. Cottage Cheese |
1 lb. Hamburger, cooked, drained | 2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
1 sm. Diced Onion | 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce |
2 beaten Eggs | 1 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded |
3 Tbs. Parmesan Cheese |
Cook spaghetti and drain. Add 2 beaten eggs and parmesan cheese to hot spaghetti. Form spaghetti into “crust” in a deep dish pie plate. Brown hamburger and onion, add spaghetti sauce. Layer spaghetti with 2 c. cottage cheese, meat mixture, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
