(Serve with Dinner Rolls)
6 Pork Chops | 1 Green Pepper |
1 Tbsp Oil | 1/2 Cup Ketchup |
1 Onion | 1/2 Cup Water |
4 Carrots | 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice |
4 Potatoes |
In large skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Quarter onion, carrots and potatoes. Cut green pepper in strips. Place vegetables on top of pork chops. Mix together ketchup, water and lemon juice. Pour over vegetables and pork. Cover and cook over low heat 45 – 50 minutes, or until meat is done and vegetables are tender.
