Loaf of Focaccia, split horizontally | 1 Tbsp Capers, optional |
4 oz Mascarpone Cheese (or Cream Cheese) | Salami, thinly sliced |
1 6oz Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped | 1 Cup Arugula Leaves (or romaine lettuce) |
Spread cheese on bread slices. Add artichoke hearts, capers, salami, and srugula. Cover with top of focaccia. Serve immediately or chill.
