|2 C Cauliflower||1 T Lemon Juice|
|1 C Baby Cut Carrots||8 tsp Salt|
|1 Med Red Onion, Cut in Rings||1/4 tsp Dried Dillweed|
|1 C Whole Fresh Mushrooms||1/8 tsp Pepper|
|2 T Butter|
Place carrots, cauliflower and onion in steamer basket. lace basket over boiling water cover and steam for 15 minutes. Add mushrooms, cover and steam 5 minutes. In sauce pan, met butter add lemon juice, salt and pepper, dillweed. Pour over veggies, toss to coat.
