(Serve with Brown Sugar Carrots)
1 lb Ground Beef, Browned | 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery |
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup | 1 Cup Grated Cheese |
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion | 8 Medium Hard Rolls |
Stir together ground beef, mushroom soup, onion, celery, and cheese. Cut rolls in half and hollow out the insides. Stir the inside pieces of rolls in with the meat mixture. Fill one half of the roll with meat mixture, top with other half. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
