|1/2 c. bottled Poppy Seed dressing||1 Mango, julienned|
|2 tsp. grated fresh Ginger||1 c. diced fresh Strawberries|
|2 Avocados, thinly sliced||1/4 c. thinly sliced Green Onions|
|4 c. loosely packed Arugula||1/4 c. chopped fresh Cilantro|
|2 c. halved seedless Green Grapes|
Whisk together dressing and grated ginger in a large bowl. Cut avocado slices in half crosswise; gently toss with dressing mixture. Add arugula and remaining ingredients; gently toss to coat. Serve immediately.
