1/2 c. bottled Poppy Seed dressing | 1 Mango, julienned |
2 tsp. grated fresh Ginger | 1 c. diced fresh Strawberries |
2 Avocados, thinly sliced | 1/4 c. thinly sliced Green Onions |
4 c. loosely packed Arugula | 1/4 c. chopped fresh Cilantro |
2 c. halved seedless Green Grapes |
Whisk together dressing and grated ginger in a large bowl. Cut avocado slices in half crosswise; gently toss with dressing mixture. Add arugula and remaining ingredients; gently toss to coat. Serve immediately.
