(29oz.) can Sweet Potatoes, or fresh cooked | 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon |
3/4 stick Butter or Margarine, melted | 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg |
1/2 c. Brown Sugar | 2 Eggs |
Topping:
1 c. Cornflake Crumbs | 1/2 c. Brown Sugar |
1/2 c. Chopped Nuts | 3/4 stick Butter (margarine), melted |
Warm potatoes and mash with a little of their liquid if fresh. Add other ingredient. Mix well. Pour into 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake uncovered 20 min. at 400 degrees. Mix topping together. Spread on potatoes. Brown another 10 min. Serve warm
