|1 lb Lean Ground Beef||1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese|
|3/4 C Old El Paso Thick ‘n Chunky Salsa||1 C Shredded Lettuce and Tomatoes|
Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in salsa and taco seasoning mix; simmer 5 minutes. Place one tortilla in the bottom of an ungreased pie plate. Spoon half of the meat mixture on tortilla; sprinkle with cheese and repeat layers; tortilla, meat, cheese. Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until cheese is melted. Served topped with lettuce and tomato.
