For the Adults:
1 lb Ground Beef | 2 Carrots, diced |
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup | 1 sm Onion, Sliced |
2 Potatoes, diced | 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced |
Spray heavy duty tin foil with cooking spray. Place a spoonful of chicken soup on the foil, top with 1/3 lb of ground beef, and 1/3 of the sliced vegetables. Wrap in foil, making a pocket that is sealed tightly. Cook over a camp fire or a grill until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked through.
For the Kids:
Chicken Nuggets and Green Beans
Spray heavy duty tin foil with cooking spray. Place chicken nuggets and green beans on foil and wrap into a pocket. Cook over the fire until warm.
