Quesadillas are a staple at our house but they never taste as good as they taste in September.
How to make the perfect Quesadilla:
1- Cook one side of an uncooked tortilla on a griddle.
2- Flip tortilla and immidately top with pepperjack cheese.
3- Fold tortilla in half so the cheese is completely covered.
4- Continue cooking the top and bottom of the tortilla until it is cooked through (by now the cheese should be completely melted)
5- Top with fresh garden tomatoes and Natures Seasoning.
