2 Tbsp Shortening | 2 Cans Tuna, drained |
1 Cup soft Bread crumbs | 3 Eggs, beated well |
1/2 Cup Celery, chopped | 1/4 Cup Green Onion, Chopped |
Heat shortening in large skillet. Mix rest of ingredients together in a bowl. Form into 6 patties. Fry in skillet until patties are golden brown. Turn and fry on the other side. Drain on a paper towl. Serve with Sour Cream Sauce!
Sour Cream Sauce
1/2 Cup Sour Cream | 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice |
1 Tbsp Butter | Salt and Pepper to taste |
Mix sour cream, butter and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper, serve over hot tuna patties
