5-6 large ripe Bananas | 4 c. Sifted Flour |
4 Eggs, Well beaten | 2 tsp. Soda |
1 c. Shortening | 1 tsp. Salt |
2 c. Sugar | 1 c. Walnuts |
Beat Bananas until liquid, combine with eggs and set aside. Cream, shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add banana mixture and blend. Add sifted dry ingredients, fold in nuts. Pour into 3 greased 9x5x3 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
