4 Cups Zucchini, sliced | 1/2 Cup Onions, diced |
5 Cups Water | 1 tsp Onion Salt |
1 (8oz) Pkg Cream Cheese | 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder |
Cook zucchini and onion in water until tender. Pour into blender (or use an immersion blender to puree). Add cream cheese and spices (add more spices to taste). Blend until smooth. Return to pot and heat through.
