1 lb Italian Pork Sausage | 6 tsp Better Than Boullion |
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper | 6 Potatoes, peeled & diced |
1 lb Bacon, diced | 5-7 Cups Water |
1 Sm Red Onion, diced | 1 Quart Heavy Whipping Cream |
Brown sausage and red pepper together in a large sauce pan or dutch oven. Allow to cool, place in a bowl and refrigerate.
In the same pan used to cook the sausage fry bacon pieces and onion. Add water, chicken boullion and cooled sausage. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Add potatoes and bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add whipping cream and cook until heated through.
