16 + Unique Ways to Preserve Strawberries

There are so many things I love about spring. Melting snow, budding trees, sprouting flowers, longer days, and STRAWBERRIES! I haven’t ever been overly successful growing strawberries, at least not enough to put away in jars, I have too many kids and dogs around for that. But, I do very much enjoy a quick trip to Costco to buy some big beautiful California Strawberries every spring. Of course, jam is always a great preservation method for strawberries but I have recently learned there are SO many other great things you can do with strawberries so they can be used all year around!
