(Serve with Strawberry Yogurt Salad & Potato Chips)
4 Cups cooked cubed chicken
1 cup diced celery ¾ cup mayo ½ cup sour cream 1 Tbs. Lemon juice |
Dash pepper
½ tsp salt ½ cup toasted slivered almonds 2 cups grapes halves |
Mix: chicken, mayo, sour cream, and lemon juice
Just before serving add: grapes, celery, almonds, salt and pepper. Serve on croissant rolls.
