Crepe with Fried Eggs

Crepe with Fried Eggs
2 Eggs 1 Cup Flour
3 Tbsp Sugar (optional)   2 Eggs, fried
2 Tbsp Oil Salt and Pepper
1 1/3 Cup Milk Sour Cream and Salsa

Mix all ingredients in a blender until mixed well. Pour a small amount of batter onto a heated frying pan, turning the pan in a circular motion until the batter covers the bottom of the pan. Flip when the bottom is lightly browned. Fill each crepe with 2 fried eggs, top with sour cream and salsa.
