|3 Green Onions, chopped||1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (optional)|
|Bottled Chicken Breasts||1 Cup Shredded Cabbage|
|1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped||2 Tbsp Water|
|3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar||2 Tbsp Soy Sauce|
|1 tst Olive Oil||Lettuce Leaves or Tortillas|
|1/2 tsp Black Pepper|
In a food processer combine green onions, chicken breasts, peppers, 1 tbsp vinegar, oil, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Cover and pulse until chicken mixture is finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and add cabbage.
In a small bowl combine remaining 2 Tbsps vinegar, water, and say sauce.
Spoon chicken mixture on to lettuce leaves and serve with dipping sauce.
