3 Green Onions, chopped | 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (optional) |
Bottled Chicken Breasts | 1 Cup Shredded Cabbage |
1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped | 2 Tbsp Water |
3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar | 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce |
1 tst Olive Oil | Lettuce Leaves or Tortillas |
1/2 tsp Black Pepper |
In a food processer combine green onions, chicken breasts, peppers, 1 tbsp vinegar, oil, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Cover and pulse until chicken mixture is finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and add cabbage.
Dipping Sauce:
In a small bowl combine remaining 2 Tbsps vinegar, water, and say sauce.
Spoon chicken mixture on to lettuce leaves and serve with dipping sauce.
