Asian Chicken Wraps

3 Green Onions, chopped 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
Bottled Chicken Breasts 1 Cup Shredded Cabbage
1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped 2 Tbsp Water
3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tst Olive Oil Lettuce Leaves or Tortillas
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

In a food processer combine green onions, chicken breasts, peppers, 1 tbsp vinegar, oil, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Cover and pulse until chicken mixture is finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and add cabbage.

Dipping Sauce:

In a small bowl combine remaining 2 Tbsps vinegar, water, and say sauce.

Spoon chicken mixture on to lettuce leaves and serve with dipping sauce.
