Avocado Blackbean Wrap

4 Tortillas 1/4 Cup Red Onion, diced
1 Ripe Avocado 1/2 Cup Tomato, diced
1 Can Black Beans 2 Cups Broccoli, diced
2 Tbsp Sour Cream 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Mash avocado with a fork. Add sour cream, red onion, tomato and a bit of salt and pepper. Generously spread avocado mixture over tortilla. In a medium skillet saute broccoli in 2 tsp olive oil until tender; sprinkle with garlic powder. Add beans and continue to cook until warm. Place black bean mixture in tortilla, wrap and serve.

*for a meat filled version, add diced chicken.
