6 Eggs | 3 Tbsp Sour Cream |
4-5 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled | 2 Tbsp Chives, snipped |
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese | 2 Tbsp Butter |
Beat eggs. Add bacon, cheese, sour cream and chives to eggs and stir gently. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted. Add egg mixture. As the egg begins to set lift the edges, allowing uncooked egg to flow to the bottom. When egg is almost completely cooked fold in half, cover and remove from heat. Allow omelette to sit for an additional minute of two to continue cooking.
