|1 lb Ground Beef||2 Cups Romaine Lettuce, sliced|
|1 Small Onion||1 Cup Grape Tomatoes|
|4 tsp Minced Garlic||1/2 Cup Cilantro, snipped|
|2 Cups Salsa||Tostadas|
|1 4oz Can Sliced Olives||Crumbled Queso Fresco Cheese|
Brown beef in a medium skillet until no longer pink. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender. Add salsa and olives; cook until heated.
Meanwhile, slice lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro. Top tostadas with lettuce, beef mixture, tomatoes, cheese and cilantro.
