1 lb Ground Beef | 2 Cups Romaine Lettuce, sliced |
1 Small Onion | 1 Cup Grape Tomatoes |
4 tsp Minced Garlic | 1/2 Cup Cilantro, snipped |
2 Cups Salsa | Tostadas |
1 4oz Can Sliced Olives | Crumbled Queso Fresco Cheese |
Brown beef in a medium skillet until no longer pink. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender. Add salsa and olives; cook until heated.
Meanwhile, slice lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro. Top tostadas with lettuce, beef mixture, tomatoes, cheese and cilantro.
