4 Bags Popped Microwave Popcorn (The more butter the better!) | 1 C Butter- Two Sticks |
2 C Brown Sugar Packed | 1/2 C Light Corn Syrup |
1/2 tsp Baking Soda | 1 tsp Vanilla |
Combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in sauce pan. On medium heat bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Boil with out stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and baking soda stirring until dissolved. Pour over popcorn. Stir until evenly coated. Put in oven at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir bake for one hour stirring every 15 minues. Spread out on counter to cool, break apart clumps. For best results store in air tight container and eat within 15 days.
