2 Tubes refrigerated crescent rolls or sheets
1 lb sliced Swiss Cheese 1 ¼ lb sliced deli corned beef Sauerkraut (I believe this is a must; for my husband it is a must times 2… use as much or as little as you like) |
2/3 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
1 egg white, lightly beaten 3 tsp caraway seeds (or sesame seeds) |
Unroll one tube of dough into a long rectangle; seal seams and perforations. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Cover dough with thousand Island dressing, beef, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut. Unroll the second tube of dough and shape into the same size as the first. Place on top of sauerkraut and press edges together (using your best hot pocket making skills). Lightly brush with egg white and sprinkle with seeds. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until dough is cooked through and lightly brown. Serve warm.
