2 lrg. Chicken Breasts | 3/4 c. Brown Sugar, packed |
12oz. Spiral tir-color Pasta | 1 Tbs. Cider Vinegar |
2 Celery ribs, diced | 1 1/2 tsp. Salt |
6 sm. Green Onions | 1 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice |
1/2 Green Pepper, diced | 2 c. Cashew Halves, salted |
1 1/2 c. Mayonnaise |
Grill chicken (use grill seasoning for chicken.) Set aside to cool. Cook pasta as directed. Prepare celery, onion and green pepper and place in a bowl. When cooled, add diced chicken and pasta. Mix mayo, brown sugar, cider vinegar, salt and lemon juice. Add cooled pasta, stir together. Cover and refridgerate overnight.
Just before serving, add the cashew and mix.
