1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken, Breasts or tenders | 3 Tbsp Barbeque Sauce |
1 Egg | 1/4 tsp Black Pepper |
1/4 Cup Milk | 1 Cup Barbeque Potato Chips, Crushed |
Cut chicken into fingers or nuggets. Mix egg, milk, barbeque sauce, and black pepper in a shallow bowl. Soak chicken in egg mixture until moist. Then dip in crushed potato chips until covered. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, turn and bake 10 minutes longer or until golden brown. Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
