2 Eggs | 1 Cup Flour |
3 Tbsp Sugar (optional) | 1 1/3 Cup Milk |
2 Tbsp Oil |
Mix all ingredients in a blender until mixed well. Pour a small amount of batter onto a heated frying pan, turning the pan in a circular motion until the batter covers the bottom of the pan. Flip when the bottom is lightly browned. Fill with Chicken Salad.
