1/4 Cup mayonnaise | 3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded |
1 1/2 tsp Honey | 1/2 Cup Apple, Chopped |
3/4 tsp snipped fresh dill, or 1 tsp dried dill | 1/4 Cup Pecans, Chopped |
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard | Bread |
Dash of Salt and Pepper | |
1 Cup Chicken, Cooked and Shredded |
In a small bowl combine first 6 ingredients. In another bowl combine chicken, cheese, apple, and pecans. Add to dressing, toss to coat. Spread evenly on bread slices, top with a second piece of bread. Cook on a griddle or in a panini maker until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
