|6 Tbsp Butter, melted||1/3 Cup Coconut|
|3/4 Cup Peanut Butter||3/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips|
|1 1/2 Cups Pretzels, smashed||2 Tbsp Peanut Butter|
|1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar|
Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with tinfoil. Spray foil with baking spray.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Add pretzel crumbs, peanut butter, coconut and powdered sugar. Press crumb mixture into the bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and 2 tbsp peanut butter; microwave, stirring frequently, until melted. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over pretzel crust (if desired sprinkle with additional coconut) and return to refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cut into squares.
