Copycat Taco Bell Cantina Bowls

Cooked Spanish Rice Red Onion Chopped
Black Beans Tomato, chopped
Corn Avocado, chopped
Grilled Steak or Chicken Cilantro, Chopped
Romaine Lettuce Lime Juice, Salsa, Sour Cream (optional)

Prepare rice (I like to use Knorr Fiesta Sides Spanish Rice because it only takes 7 minutes to cook, but any rice will do). Heat up black beans, corn, and meat. Layer all ingredients in a bowl, however you prefer, top with lime juice, salsa, and sour cream (or ranch dressing). So yummy, so easy to use left over steak!
