|Cooked Spanish Rice||Red Onion Chopped|
|Black Beans||Tomato, chopped|
|Grilled Steak or Chicken||Cilantro, Chopped|
|Romaine Lettuce||Lime Juice, Salsa, Sour Cream (optional)|
Prepare rice (I like to use Knorr Fiesta Sides Spanish Rice because it only takes 7 minutes to cook, but any rice will do). Heat up black beans, corn, and meat. Layer all ingredients in a bowl, however you prefer, top with lime juice, salsa, and sour cream (or ranch dressing). So yummy, so easy to use left over steak!
