| 5 C Chopped Green Tomatoes | 1 Tbsp Cumin |
| 1 1/2 C Seeded, Chopped Long Green Chiles | 3 Tbsp Oregano |
| 1 Bunch Cilantro | 1 Tbsp Pepper |
| 1/2 C Seeded Chopped Jalapenos | 1 Tbsp Salt |
| 4 C Chopped Onions | |
| 1 C Lime Juice | |
| 6 Cloves Garlic |
Combine al ingredients into a pot. Stir until it boils. Simmer for 20 minutes. Ladle into hot jars. Process boil water canner 25 minues.
