Pesto | Balsamic Vinegar |
Butter the outside of two slices of bread. Place on a grill or panini maker and top with mozzarella, petso, and tomatoes. Grill until cheese is melted. Meanwhile, toss lettuce with a few tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar. Remove sandwich from heat, open and add lettuce.
