2 lbs Ground Beed, Browned | 1 small onion, sliced |
3 Tbsp Taco Seasoning | 2 Cups Bisquick |
1 Cup Sour Cream | 2 Tomatoes, sliced |
1 Cup Mayonnaise | 1 Green Bell Pepper,sliced |
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, divided | 1 (4oz) Can Green Chilies |
Add taco seasoning to ground beef according to package directions. In a small bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, 1 cup cheese, 1/2 sliced onions.
Following the directions on the box add water to the bisquit mix to make dough. Press dough in the bottom and up the sides of a 9×13 baking dish. Saute remaining onions and peppers until tender.
Layer ingredients on dough in the following order: Ground beef, tomato slices, sauted onions and peppers, green chilies, sour cream mixture, and remaining cheese. Bake at 325 until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted.
