Make sandwich spread by mixing 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 Tbsp pickle juice (measurements are not exact, just give it a try!).
Butter the outside of each piece of bread and spread sandwich spread on the indside. Then layer with tomatoes, lettuce greens, and bacon. Grill in a panini maker or on a griddle until golden brown.
