|Refrigerated Pizza Dough||1/2 Onion Chopped|
|8-10 Eggs||1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese|
|1 lb Ground Sausage||Salt and Pepper|
Cook sausage until crumbly, add onion and cook until tender. Scramble eggs with a dash of milk or water until smooth, salt a pepper to taste. Pour eggs over sausage and cook until set. Meanwhile, spread pizza dough evenly on a baking sheet. Sprinkle scrambled eggs and sausage over pizza. Bake 10 minutes or until pizza dough is light brown. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese melts.
