|1 C Butter||1 Can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk|
|2 C Brown Sugar|
Combine brown sugar and corn syrup in sauce pan bring to boil. Add Butter, condensed milk and cook to a soft ball stage. Pour over popcorn. Stir until eveny coated. Let cool to rool temperature. For best results in air tight container and eat within 15 days.
